George Surabian enters his third season as head coach of the Endicott crew program in 2023-24. 

Surabian, who was officially named the team's head coach on September 28, 2021, brings a wealth of coaching experience to the crew program having served as the head coach of several Winchester, Mass. youth and high school sports programs.

A 1978 graduate of Winchester High School, Surabian went on to obtain two Bachelor of Science degrees in biology and psychology from Boston College with cum laude honors in 1982.

He later earned his doctorate from Tufts University of dental medicine in 1986 and completed a general practice residency at the VA Medical Center Brockton/West Peabody, as well as a fellowship in oral surgery at Mass General Hospital.

No stranger to Endicott, Surabian has been a proud member of several College committees and councils including the Campaign Steering Committee, Parent Council (chairman), Planning Study Committee, Parent Fund (chairman), and Parent Council.

Surabian also serves as an adjunct professor in the College's Van Loan School.
