Steve Busby enters his fourth season as an assistant coach with the Endicott baseball program in 2023-24.

Busby comes to Endicott with over 15 years of baseball and basketball coaching experience, which includes stops at Austin Preparatory School, the Boston Park League, Stoneham High School, the Commonwealth School, Matignon High School, and Catholic Memorial High School.

Busby is a 1997 graduate of Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and a 2000 graduate of UMass Lowell with a master's degree in criminal justice.
