Elektra Cheney '23 M'24, MSAT, LAT, ATC enters her first academic year at Endicott as an athletic trainer in 2024-25. Cheney was officially hired on October 2, 2024.

Cheney earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science (cum laude) from Endicott in 2023 and also completed her master's degree in athletic training from Endicott in 2024.

Her clinical experience includes time spent at Tufts University (clinical externship: squash, track and field, tennis), Harvard University (immersive clinical rotation: women's rugby, women's swimming and diving), Kennedy Space Center RehabWorks (immersive clinical rotation: industrial athletes), Endicott (clinical education II: men's lacrosse, women's basketball), and Salem High School (clinical education).

Meanwhile, Cheney completed internships at Boston College (strength and conditioning) and Valley Chiropractic and Sports Medicine during her time at The Nest.

In addition to her academics, Cheney starred on the Endicott women's rugby team, leading the Gulls to a pair of national championships and a handful of conference/regional titles.
