TCCC tabs Phillips as Player of the Week
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott junior outside hitter \#Brittany Phillips\# (Sudbury, Mass.) has been named The Commonwealth Coast Conference women’s volleyball Player of the Week, as announced on Monday by Commissioner Gregg M. Kaye. Phillips and the Gulls posted a 2-1 week, notching a 3-0 win over New England’s top-ranked team, UMass-Boston, and a 3-1 win over Westfield State.

Phillips got the week started right when she posted 12 kills in an impressive 3-0 sweep of the top-ranked Beacons. The junior outside then had 16 kills in a four-set win over Westfield State, followed by a 19 kill, 16 dig and three block outing in a four-set loss to a tough Springfield College opponent.

Endicott (13-8) jumps back into conference play on Tuesday when the Gulls host Regis College for a 7:00 p.m. match-up against the Pride.
