NORTON, Mass. - The Endicott women's soccer team fell to Wheaton (Mass.) 3-1 on Tuesday evening in non-conference play. With the setback, Endicott is now 3-3 (1-0 CCC) on the season while Wheaton improves to 4-1-1 (0-1 NEWMAC).

The Lyons struck for the first goal of the match in the 29th minute when Hannah Lepordo (Sudbury, Mass.) scored her sixth of the season off of a feed from Meghan Healy (Huntington, N.Y.). Healy then recorded her second assist of the match and third of the season at the 54:30 mark when she used a set piece to find the head of Aymara O'Brien-Pappalardo (Easton, Conn.), who tallied her first of the season to give the Lyons a 2-0 edge. Wheaton would strike again in the 58th minutes as Lepordo netted her second of the contest off a breakaway.

Endicott would strike late, as reigning Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Offensive Player of the Week Rachel Hanna (Chelmsford, Mass.) would continue her strong play as of late. The senior scored at the 85:20 mark to provide all the offense Endicott could muster, giving her five goals in her last three matches.
