Kurapov Claims CCC Rookie Of The Week Accolades

CCC RELEASE

BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott men's ice hockey sophomore forward Andrew Kurapov (Corvallis, Ore.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league office earlier today.

Last week for the Gulls (2/14-20), Kurapov scored in every game for Endicott as the Gulls closed out the regular season with a 2-1-0 week.

He scored one goal in a 5-4 loss to then No. 11 University of New England before scoring a goal and an assist in a 5-3 against Suffolk. Kurapov capped off the week with the game-winning goal in a pivotal 2-1 road win against Salve Regina that helped Endicott lock up the No. 2 seed in the upcoming CCC Men's Ice Hockey Championship Tournament.

This is Kurapov's first career CCC weekly award.
