No. 12 Men’s Ice Hockey Upends Wentworth, 7-0

EVERETT, Mass. — The Endicott men's ice hockey team defeated Wentworth, 7-0, in conference action on Friday night at Allied Veteran's Memorial Rink.

The Gulls scored at least twice in every period (2-3-2) to push their winning streak to four straight games.

Zach Mazur (Lancaster, N.Y.) and Connor Amsley (Carlisle, Pa.) highlighted the night with two goals apiece.

Meanwhile, Jeremy Gabriele (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and John Serafin (St. Louis, Mo.) also scored their first collegiate goals in the victory.

In goal, Conor O'Brien (Pinellas Park, Fla.) made 17 saves to push his record to 11-3-1 on the season (45-15-3 career, 8th career shutout).

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • The Gulls are 13-2-0 all-time against Wentworth (six straight victories, third shutout in series).
  • Endicott is 7-2-0 on the road this season.
  • Mazur finished the game with two goals and two assists for his 15th career multi-point game.
  • Azan Dorsett (McKinney, Texas) registered his first multi-point game of the season (two assists).
  • Drew Lorinchak (Hamilton, Va.) buried his third career goal in the second (16:42).
  • Alex Coady (Milford, Mass.) notched his first collegiate point with an assist on the second goal of the game.

No. 12 Endicott (12-3-1, 9-2-1 CCC) hosts Wentworth (3-11-2, 2-9-1 CCC) tomorrow at 5 PM.
