Brown enters her third season with the Endicott women's volleyball program in 2023-24.

For the past seven years, Brown has served as the assistant girls' coach at Marblehead High, while also serving as the head boys' coach at St. John's Preparatory High School since 2017. 

Prior to her time in the North Shore high school ranks, Brown was an assistant coach at Wheaton (Mass.) College for the 2010-11 season. Her time with the Lyons came after a two-year stint at Villanova University.

Off the court, Brown works full-time as a mathematics teacher at St. John's Prep. in Danvers, Mass., a position she has held since 2018. Brown earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Kennesaw State University in 2007 where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
