Diana Sutherland '18 enters her third season as an assistant coach with the Endicott women's rugby program in 2023-24.

Sutherland returns to the program after a standout career with the squad as a student-athlete from 2016-18.

During her time as a Gull, the women's rugby program posted a 47-21-2 overall record (.686), placed sixth overall (2017-18) and seventh overall (2016-17) at Nationals, captured the 2016 CCRC Championship and won the Patriot Bowl in 2017-18. She also served as a captain of the squad in 2018.

Sutherland graduated from Endicott in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in psychology.
