Nicolas Prandi enters his fourth year as an assistant coach with the Endicott women's lacrosse program in 2024-25.

Alongside his duties with the Gulls' program, Prandi serves as the Director of Level Up Lacrosse (2016-present) and head coach of Argentina’s National Lacrosse Team (2019-present).

Prandi's other coaching experiences include coaching at the HS level and overseeing Youth coaches at Boston Lacrosse Club  (2018-present).

Coach Prandi co-started the Argentine National Women’s Lacrosse program in 2019. Soon after that, in 2022 he brought the team to the World Championship in Towson, where they had the program's first two field lacrosse victories. Prandi also has led Argentina’s National Sixes team to two bronze medals in PALA Sixes Cups; the first in Florida (2021) and the second in Jamaica (2023). Off the field, he also works to grow the game of lacrosse in Argentina by organizing clinics, educating coaches, providing equipment donations, and garnering support for the team through a myriad of efforts.

Prior to coaching, Prandi played internationally for Team Argentina from 2014-2018, participating in two World Championships (Denver 2014 and Israel 2018).

Prandi earned his Bachelor of Arts in secondary education and Spanish with an ESL concentration from Gordon. He later earned his Masters of Education in special education (moderate disabilities) from Endicott
