BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott freshman attack Alex Palermo (Reading, Mass.) has earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week honors, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Last week (3/21-27) for the Gulls, Palermo compiled five goals and three assists for eight points.
After scoring a goal and two assists in a 15-12 victory over Framingham State, Palermo contributed four goals and an assist against No. 17 nationally-ranked Bowdoin.
The four tallies tied her career-high for goals and the five points established a new career-best.
This is Palermo's second career CCC Rookie of the Week honor.
