Hired as the program's ninth head coach since the inaugural 1993-94 season on April 11, 2024
2024-25 CNE Coach of the Year
Coached one CNE Defensive Player of the Year (the first conference DPOY in program history)
Coached three CNE All-Conference honorees
22-6 record (.786), 16-2 CNE (.889) 

Assistant Coach at Boston University (July 2023-April 2024)
Guided the Terriers to a 20-12 record and a Patriot League Finals berth
Coached Caitlin Weimar, the 2023-24 Patriot League Player and Defensive Player of the Year
Also coached Alex Giannaros, All-Patriot League First Teamer
Coordinated all team and individual community service engagements
Worked closely with all student-athletes, but specifically with the post players on how to further develop their games down low
Staff academic liaison-- worked closely with the academic advisor on course registration, access to tutors, communication on travel schedules, and weekly check-ins with student-athletes

Coordinated all recruiting: identified and communicated with top recruits, organized all unofficial and official visits, set up weekly communication between staff and recruits, handled all administrative recruiting tasks

Managed all post player development: conducted weekly skill workouts and film sessions
Helped with team operations including rating referees, social media scheduling, and budget management
