Kyle Bak enters his second season as an assistant coach with the men's soccer program in 2023-24. Bak brings 16 years of coaching and playing experience to The Nest at the NCAA Division I and III levels in the Northeast.

Bak comes to Endicott from Holy Cross (NCAA Division I) where he served as the women's soccer head coach for two seasons (2020-22).

Prior to Holy Cross, Bak spent six seasons as the associate head coach at Providence College (NCAA Division I).

He started his collegiate coaching career in an assistant role with conference rival Salve Regina in 2010 before his first two stints at Providence (assistant, 2011 season).

The Cumberland, R.I., native attended Western New England University, where he played four seasons as a goalkeeper for the Golden Bears. Bak and his team accumulated a 63-18-14 record over his four years, winning four conference tournament championships and appearing in the NCAA Tournament each year.

Bak earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Western New England University in 2010.
