Why Endicott? Why Division III?

Chose Endicott because I wanted to play a sport here and I love the atmosphere of the college... The people are great as well

Professional Aspirations

Completed a summer internship with Beverly Athletic Club where he trained clients, helped with programming different workouts, and wrote blogs about exercise and nutrition... Also interned with Athletic Evolution (Woburn, Mass.) in Summer 2015 and is completing his semester-long internship there in Fall 2016 as well... At Athletic Evolution, he is programming workouts specialized for the athletes from a variety of sports and positions and doing evaluations.... Aspires to be a sport psychologist or play to basketball professionally overseas

Clubs and Organizations

Competed on the Mid-Atlantic Select AAU team... Member of Gull Revolution and Youth Adult Empowerment at Endicott

Community Service

Volunteers at Endicott  at the Open Door Food pantry and as a referee for Special Olympics Basketball... In high school, he volunteered at the American Red Cross, where he shadowed physical therapy technicians and assisted with rehabilitation workouts for wounded warriors.

Daquan on his community service outreach:

"Volunteering for the Red Cross meant a lot to me because I was helping out wounded warriors. Some of these civilians did not have arms or legs so it was really touching to see the warriors work out on their own."

"Volunteering for Special Olympics Basketball was an awesome experience because I worked with kids that loved playing basketball just like me. All the kids have positive attitudes  and that made me really happy because I saw how much fun that they were having while playing basketball."

Fun Facts

Enjoys playing billiards and Guitar Hero... Is minoring in Psychology... Loves eating sushi
