Why Endicott? Why Division III?

Chose Endicott because I went to a field hockey camp here in 2007 and 2008 and when I began my college search process, the school stuck out in my mind... As I continued searching, I ultimately chose Endicott for the amazing campus we are so lucky to have, the extensive number of degree programs offered, and the internship program was another selling point

Career Summary

2015: Senior season at Endicott... Started in all 21 games... Named CCC Offensive Player of the Week (11/01/15)... Found the back of the net 11 times, including two game-winning goals, and dished out five assists

2014: Played in 21 games with six goals, one assist, 13 points as a junior with two game-winning goals

2013: Played in 17 games with four goals, one assist, nine points and one game-winning goal as a sophomore

2012: Made five appearances with one goal scored as a freshman... First career goal came against Colby-Sawyer in an 8-1 win on Sept. 8, 2012... Member of CCC Championship-winning team

Professional Aspirations

Completed an internship in January 2012 with the Vermont State Attorney General's office in the Consumer Assistance Program (CAP) where her duties included communicating with consumers and businesses regarding disputes, filed information in a database, created a brochure on wire transfer fraud that is used and distributed by CAP... Also interned with Haematologic Technologies in Summer 2014 as a Corn Tryspin Inhibitor (CTI) Technician where she created product for company inventory... During the Spring 2015 semester, she interned with Cell Signaling Technology to produce high quality antibodies for company inventory as well as researched PKC theta (an antibody target) and gave a presentation to her cooperative team on the new information she obtained from testing and researching the product... Aspires to work for Cell Signaling Technology or to pursue further educational opportunities after graduation... Double minoring in International Studies and Environmental Science... In 10 years, hopes to have a Ph.D. and to have the time to travel to new places

Morgan on the value of her internship opportunities:

"All of my internships have helped in shaping my career goals, but the most important one was the first internship... I always said I wanted to be a lawyer and go to law school; however, my short time spent in a pre-law concentration and the internship persuaded me to pursue a different career path."

Community Service

Participated in the Be the Match Bone Marrow Drive by helping donors sign up... Participated in the Polar Plunge twice... In high school, she took part in a Bike, Walk, Run 5K for Sara Garvey... Volunteered for a bottle collection drive to raise money for a community Veterans memorial... Was a volunteer gymnastics coach in 2012 at the Recreation Department in South Burlington

Morgan on her community service efforts:

"The Bike, Walk, Run 5K is the most personal experience to me because a group of my friends put it together to raise money for our friend who was diagnosed with Leukemia the day after her senior indoor track state championship."

Fun Facts

Her cousin, Brittany Dolan, ran track at the University of New Haven... Played the flute for 13 years... Takes pride in the fact that she can recite the entire movie "Frozen"... While in Utah, she recently bought a blow-up Olaf snowman tube for floating in the ocean in her spare time
