Tom Muratore M'21 enters his first season as an assistant coach with the Endicott baseball team in 2025.

Muratore most recently served as the pitching coach for Lesley University from the 2018-24 seasons. During his time with the Lynx, the team's ERA improved by better than 50%. In addition to his duties as the pitching coach, he was also responsible for scouting, recruiting, and assisting in Gameday Operations.

Additionally, while at Lesley, Muratore played professionally for the United Shores Professional Baseball League between 2019-20. He was a starting pitcher for two seasons, and was selected to the 2019 All-Star Team and 2019 All-USPBL Team.

Outside of baseball, the Arlington, Mass. native works for BioProcure Inc. as a Procurement Specialist. Before that, he was a seventh-grade science teacher with Melrose Public Schools (August 2020-June 2023) and Chelsea Public Schools (2018-19). 

Muratore graduated from the Endicott Sport Leadership M.S. program in 2021. He also received a Master's of Education in Science Education from Lesley in 2020, and a Bachelor's Degree in Middle School Education/Environmental Science from Lesley in May 2018. At Lesley, he was a member of the varsity baseball team.
