Cipolla enters her first academic year managing athletic resources for the department in 2025-26.

In this role, Cipolla is responsible for all athletic department apparel and uniform purchasing. She also oversees branding standards for the department. 

Cipolla previously handled all facets of marketing and promotions for the Gulls, including managing Gull Revolution, which is Endicott's fan engagement organization on campus.

Outside of her Athletic Resources role, Cipolla is entering her 19th season as the head coach of the women's field hockey program in the 2025-26 academic year.
