Office of Athletic Communications
The Endicott Office of Athletic Communications handles all media requests and public relations initiatives for the Gulls' varsity and club sports programs. Content for the Endicott Athletics and Recreation website, www.ECGulls.com, as well as all social media channels across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube, is created by the athletics communications staff. Gameday programs, pre- and post-game releases, in-game statistics, feature stories, and the majority of all video content, including webcasts, are designed and managed by the staff. Information is distributed to regional and national media outlets. Team and individual statistics are recorded, compiled, and reported to Endicott's conference affiliations and the NCAA.

Media Policies
Logo Usage: Per the College's branding guidelines, the athletics logo(s) should be used exclusively to represent the athletic department or individual athletic teams. The athletic logos may not be redesigned or altered in the relationship, perspective, shape, or configuration of the image or its components.
Please contact Shawn Medeiros, Director of Sports Information, at smedeiro@endicott.edu or 978-232-2143.
Media Requests: All interview requests for student-athletes, coaches, and administrators should be sent to Shawn Medeiros, Director of Sports Information, at smedeiro@endicott.edu or 978-998-8043.
Visiting media must also notify a staff member (sport contacts listed above) about securing space in our press boxes before the day of the game/event. Press box space is limited.
Photography and Videography: Fans attending athletics contests at Endicott are invited to take pictures at Gulls sporting events. However, only credentialed members of the media, contracted photographers hired by the College, and other insured photographers are allowed on-field/on-court access.
All other photographers, including parents, friends, family, and Endicott students not involved in the Athletics Communication Photo/Video Program, are asked to shoot from the stands or other spectator areas. Non-media members interested in shooting athletics contests need to apply for a press pass with Shawn Medeiros, Director of Sports Information, at smedeiro@endicott.edu or 978-998-8043.
Media members can also contact Endicott College photographer and videographer David Le at dle@endicott.edu for publication photo requests.
