Lucas Wlodarczyk '23 M'25 enters his third year as part of the Sports Information staff at Endicott and first as Assistant Director of Sports Information in 2025-26.

Wlodarczyk joined the Gulls' staff following his graduation from Endicott’s School of Sport Science in May 2023, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. He then spent two years (FA 2023 - SP 2025) as the Sports Information Graduate Assistant while earning his Masters degree in Sport Leadership, which he completed in May 2025.

Wlodarczyk also was a student worker during his time as an undergrad student, working in contest management for the Gulls. Most notably, his voice was often heard calling baseball and hockey games over the public address (PA) system. Additionally, he operated the scoreboard at basketball games and worked chains at football games, among other contest management duties.

Academically, Wlodarczyk completed his semester-long senior internship with the Tufts University Athletic Communications Office in the Fall 2022 semester. With the Jumbos, he had the opportunity to dive into the sports information field, working closely with the prestigious soccer, basketball, and volleyball programs at Tufts. Alongside Tufts Director of Athletic Communications and Athletic Communications Specialist, Jamie Chagnon and Paul Sweeney, respectively, Wlodarczyk received some valuable insight on scoring games, writing post-game recaps, editing both video and graphics, and more.

In 2021, Wlodarczyk completed his sophomore year summer internship with the New Britain Bees of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League (FCBL). Wlodarczyk was a Gameday Operations intern with the Bees. Some of his responsibilities included ticket sales, promotions, merchandise sales, and food delivery to team clubhouses.

Alongside those experiences, Wlodarczyk has worked part-time with the Hartford Yard Goats, the AA Affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, since the start of the 2019 season. Wlodarczyk serves as a member of the grounds crew for the Yard Goats, maintaining Dunkin’ Park’s beautiful grounds alongside Kyle Calhoon and Matt Piersanti.
