Kelsey O'Keefe '19 enters her third year as Endicott's Assistant Director of Athletic Giving in 2021-2022. O'Keefe is responsible for the Gull Club, the Gull Club Golf Challenge, and all other Endicott Athletics fundraising efforts.

O'Keefe returned to Endicott after spending nearly one year as the Event Manager for Beauport Cruiselines where she generated and managed $400,000 in sales for all public and private cruises. Her prior work experiences also include Mile Marker One Restaurant at Cape Ann's Marina Resort (associate sales & event coordinator), The Hellenic Center (wedding coordinator intern), Unique Weddings by Alexis (event management intern), Hyatt Regency Sales Blitz, and the eighth annual Hospitality Scholarship Fundraiser (facilities manager).

Meanwhile, during her time at Endicott as a four-year member of the dance program, O'Keefe captained the squad to its best-ever finish in program history, at the time, as the Gulls placed in the top-5 in Open Jazz (fourth) and Open Pom (fifth), respectively, at the 2019 UCA/UDA College Cheerleading & Dance Team National Championship. The placements in Open Pom and Open Jazz are the highest the program has ever achieved in each discipline.

Along with those accolades, O'Keefe garnered several individual honors including a Presidential Scholarship, MRA 2018 Scholarship, NEACEFE 2018 Scholarship, two Northwestern Mutual Community Service Awards (2018-19), four Dean's List selections, the Endicott Bliss 2018 Scholarship, and an Athletic Coaches' Award in 2017.

O'Keefe also was the Senior Chair for Relay for Life, a peer tutor in the Endicott College Academic Resource Center, Vice President of the Eta Sigma Delta International Hospitality Management Honor Society, a member of Psi Chi, International Psychology Honor Society, and the community service liaison for the Mortar Board, National Honor Society.

O'Keefe graduated from Endicott with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with minors in event management, psychology, and business administration.
