Mark Littlefield enters his second year as Endicott's Director of Arena Operations at the Raymond J. Bourque Arena in 2023-24. Littlefield is responsible for oversight of the arena, programming, facility scheduling, camps, facility maintenance, and special events.

Littlefield was officially promoted from Assistant Director of Arena Operations to Director of Arena Operations in July 2022.

Littlefield came to Endicott from Babson College where he served as the assistant rink operations manager for three years.

While at Babson, Littlefield handled staff and schedule management, financial reporting, and implementation and execution of COVID-19 protocols among other duties.

Before Babson, Littlefield worked as a shift supervisor at the Ed Burns Arena in Arlington, Mass.

He also brings experience outside of rink operations to his current role having previously served as a manager and customer service representative from a variety of other industries.

Littlefield graduated from the University of Nevada in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and a minor in gaming management.

Additionally, Littlefield holds CPR, bloodborne pathogens, Servsafe, and AON forklift certifications.
