CJ Hosterman enters his fourth year as Endicott's Arena Operations Coordinator for the Raymond J. Bourque Arena in 2025-26.

Hosterman brings a wealth of experience to the position highlighted by his time at the TD Garden, Dick's Sporting Goods (team sports lead, customer service specialist), Facility Management Corporation (FMC) Ice Sports, St. Joseph's University, North Shore Navigators, USA Hockey, and ASA/USA Softball.

Hosterman earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and his M.B.A. in Sport Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
