BEVERLY, Mass. — Endicott men's cross country student-athlete Josh Lehmann (Gorham, Maine) has earned Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Runner of the Week honors, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Lehmann won the Pop Crowell Invitational last weekend with a time of 26:50 on Gordon College's 8-kilometer course. He was the only runner in the field of 59 student-athletes to break the 27-minute mark in the race.
Additionally, Lehmann became the first Gull on the men's side to win the Pop Crowell Invitational with his first collegiate cross country victory.
As a team, Endicott finished third overall at the meet.
This is Lehmann's first career CCC weekly award.
