BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott men's tennis student-athlete Janith Madhok (New Delhi, India) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player & Rookie of the Week, respectively, as announced by the league office earlier today.
Madhok earned two points in Endicott's 6-3 non-conference victory over UMass Boston last week (3/10). He was part of the Gulls' No. 1 doubles pair that earned an 8-5 decision, while also earning a straight-set victory in singles play and downed the Beacons' top player 6-3, 6-2.
Today's announcement marks Madhok's first CCC Player and Rookie of the Week awards, respectively.
