Weekend preview: Gulls in action throughout region
Several Endicott teams are in action this weekend, including a trio of The Commonwealth Coast Conference (TCCC) Tournament games, a conference championship meet, a regular season finale, and a must-win football game.

The Endicott cross country teams will take part in the TCCC Invitational at the Colt State Park in Bristol, R.I. Both teams look to improve on last year’s fifth-place showing.

The Endicott field hockey team will travel to Springfield, Mass. to take on Western New England College at 1:00 pm in the quarterfinals of the TCCC Tournament. The Gulls (11-7, 4-4 TCCC) are the number five seed in the tournament and will look to avenge a 1-0 loss to the Golden Bears during the regular season.

Women’s soccer looks to defend last season’s conference crown, this time as the number two seed. The Gulls host Curry College (9-9, 7-6 TCCC) at 1:00 pm on Saturday. Endicott (13-5-1, 11-2 TCCC) has made nine consecutive conference championship appearances and has played in the NCAAA tournament each of the past seven years. Follow all the action via Live Stats or Live Video on Saturday afternoon.

Women’s volleyball (19-14, 8-1 TCCC) travels to Newport, R.I. to take on Salve Regina (12-15, 6-3) at 1:00 pm in the regular season finale for both teams. The Gulls look to make it three straight wins heading into the TCCC Tournament next week.  Live Stats.

The Endicott football team (6-2, 4-1 NEFC Boyd) hosts Western New England College at 5:00 pm in a showdown of the New England Football Conference Boyd Division’s top teams. The Golden Bears (7-1, 5-0) lead Endicott and Plymouth State (6-2, 4-1) in the standings entering Saturday. A win would move the Gulls into a tie atop the division standings. Fans unable to attend can follow the action with Live Stats and Live Video.
