No. 12 Men's Ice Hockey Defeats Wesleyan (Conn.), 4-0

BEVERLY, Mass. — The No. 12 Endicott men's ice hockey team defeated Wesleyan (Conn.), 4-0, in non-conference action on Tuesday night at the Raymond J. Bourque Arena.

The Gulls got on the board with less than a minute to play in the first period as Ryan Gaulin (Stratham, N.H.) scored his first goal of the season off nice feeds from Michael Casey (Media, Pa.) and John Goldowski (Buffalo N.Y.).

Endicott scored two more in the second period as Primo Self (Grand Rapids, Mich.) doubled the lead just 74 seconds into the period, and then Jackson Sterrett (Hendersonville, Tenn.) lit the lamp to make it 3-0 going to the third period.

The defense held strong in the third period despite the Cardinal offense trying to find a goal as Self scored his second of the night to give the Gulls the winning margin of 4-0.

In goal, Ryan Wilson (Shelton, Conn.) denied 22 shots to secure his first shutout of the season (3-1-0).
