Why you might need a fitness professional to improve the quality of your workout:

Empowerment: It is important to capture the basic knowledge and skills in order to work out independently, on your own, for life!

Fitness professionals understand the biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, and proper techniques of training to design programs based on individual needs and goals.

One-on-one instruction will alleviate fears or misperceptions about resistance and cardiovascular training. ***Sessions are available in packages of four, eight or 16 sessions***

Fitness Therapy Room . . . Stay in the game!
* Pre and post- rehabilitation through exercise for orthopedic injuries
* Fitness for individuals with specific and systemic conditions.
* Nutrition counseling (in-house referral).

***Free for full time, non- varsity athletic students, out-of-season athletes, and full time faculty and staff***
