Women's Soccer Takes Down North Central (Ill.), 3-1

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's soccer team defeated North Central (Ill.), by a score of 3-1 on Sunday afternoon at Hempstead Stadium.

The Gulls scored all three goals in the span of 16 minutes in the first half as Riley Rischitelli (North Brookfield, Mass.) got the scoring party started in the 17th minute when her shot from outside the box found the bottom left corner.

Chloe Bauman (Southington, Conn.) was next to find the back of the net, as her free kick from 35 yards out in the 25th minute went off the Cardinal's goalie and into the net. Gabrielle Klindtworth (Guilderland, N.Y.) made it 3-0 in the 33rd minute when she got past two defenders and blasted the ball past the keeper into the side netting.

North Central (Ill.) was able to get one back in the 74th minute but the Gulls defense was able to lock down a Cardinal offense that had scored seven goals in a game two days earlier and secure the 3-1 victory.

Rosalina Caliri (East Greenwich, R.I.) made four saves in the victory to earn her second win of the season.
