BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's soccer team shut out Curry, 3-0, in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) action on Wednesday afternoon at Hempstead Stadium.
Michelle Donahue (Melrose, Mass.) got the scoring started for the Gulls in the first half off a run of play that saw Morgan Hubert (Southington, Conn.) cross a ball into the middle that Donahue finished into the top right corner of the net.
Endicott would add the all-important second goal just over two minutes into the second half when Elizabeth Healy (Plymouth, Mass.) fired a shot at net that deflected off a Curry defender and wound up in the back of the net. With under a minute left in the game, Hannah Lord (Bedford, N.H.) sealed the win with a strike off the feed from Lily Miller (Warwick, R.I.).
Rosalina Caliri (East Grennwich, R.I.) recorded four saves in the victory.
