Chose Endicott because I wanted to play a sport here and I love the atmosphere of the college... The people are great as well

2015-16: Member of the CCC Championship-winning team as a junior... Appeared in all 30 games (29 starts)... Recorded 11 double-doubles... Sampson registered his second double-double of the season with a career-high 23 point, career-high 19 rebound (single-game second-most all-time), three block performance in the team's 82-78 road win in overtime at Nichols on 12/02/15... Put up single-season career-high numbers in nearly every category... Scored 382 points... Averaged 12.7 points per game... Recorded 22 games with double-digit scoring with three 20+ point games... Grabbed a team-high 256 rebounds (second-most in a single-season all-time, 198 defensive boards ranks first all-time in a single-season) to lead the team in rebounds for the third straight season... Blocked a team-high 42 shots

2014-15: Member of the 2014-15 Commonwealth Coast Championship-winning team as a sophomore... Appeared in 29 games (28 starts)... Scored 237 points and led the team with 193 rebounds... Registered six double-doubles, including a 21-point, 15-rebound performance in the team's 75-71 loss to Gordon on 12/03/14

2013-14: Appeared in 28 games (21 starts) as a freshman... Scored 187 points... Averaged 6.7 points per game... Averaged 6.7 rebounds per game... Led team with 188 rebounds... Recorded three double-doubles this season, including a 10-point, 15-rebound, five-block game as Endicott defeated CCC foe Eastern Nazarene at home 78-77 on 12/07/13

Professional Aspirations

Completed a summer internship with Beverly Athletic Club where he trained clients, helped with programming different workouts, and wrote blogs... Also interned with Athletic Evolution in Summer 2015... Aspires to be a sport psychologist or play basketball professionally overseas

Volunteered as a referee for the Special Olympics February 2015... In high school, he volunteered at the American Red Cross, where he shadowed physical therapy technicians

"Volunteering for the Red Cross meant a lot to me because I was helping out wounded warriors. Some of these civilians did not have arms or legs so it was really touching to see the warriors work out on their own."
