Why Endicott? Why Division III?

Chose Endicott because of the internship opportunities it provides students and when I first visited campus it felt like home... Endicott also provided me with the opportunity to play both football and basketball

2015-16: Member of the CCC Championship-winning team as a junior... Appeared in 25 games (22 starts)... Scored a career-high 13 points versus Gordon on 01/16/16... Recorded his first career double-double (11 points, 10 rebounds) in the team's 80-73 win at home versus Gordon on 02/13/16... Put up single-season career-highs with 125 points and 120 rebounds

2014-15: Member of the 2014-15 CCC Championship-winning team as a sophomore... Appeared in 24 games and scored 33 points with 41 rebounds and made 85.7 percent of his free throws

2013-14: Appeared in 20 games as a freshman (two starts).... Averaged 10.2 minutes per contest... Had a season-high six points in a 91-76 Endicott win over Roger Williams... Recorded a season-high three steals with two blocks in an 81-72 win over Curry

Professional Aspirations

Completed a summer 2014 internship with the Valley Blue Sox of New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) where he worked in group ticket sales and game day operations... Also interned with Danvers Indoor Sports in summer 2015 doing marketing and facility management... In 10 years, he aspires to have a job in his preferred career and to start a family

Clubs and Organizations

Member of SAAC at Endicott

Community Service

Volunteered doing yard clean-up in Beverly as a member of the football team at Endicott... Also spent time at the North Shore Food Pantry with the basketball team... In high school, he participated in "Reconnecting Youth"  where he helped with daily meetings and a community cookout with at-risk kids to help them stay in school... Chris also took part in "Kaitlyn's Ride" doing food preparation for riders in support of this cause... In addition, Chris volunteered with various church activities involving setup of events and programs

Chris on his experience with "Reconnecting Youth":

"The Reconnecting Youth program that I was part of in high school really meant a lot to me, because it allowed me to meet a lot of new people in my high school that I may never had been friends with if it wasn't for this program. My football coach asked me at the beginning of my junior year to help him with this project he was starting to help at-risk kids at our school stay in school. It started as a couple of meetings a week when we first started and it transformed into a program that got added into the schedules of the at-risk kids and we would meet daily to talk, come up with more ideas for the program and develop ideas of how we could get the program more involved in the entire school and student body with events during school. The whole experience would take a while to describe, but it opened my eyes to different people and made me aware of not just what was happening with me."

His sister, Catie Lipscomb, is a freshman on the women's basketball team at Endicott... Chris also plays football for the Gulls
