Bryan Caruso was an integral part of the first Endicott baseball team to make an NCAA Division III Tournament appearance in 2000.  Caruso was an All-Conference member from 2000-02 and was named the GNAC Rookie of the Year in 1999.  Caruso set a New England record with a 33-game hitting streak in his freshman campaign, a streak that carried over to his sophomore year where it finally ended at 38. The streak was the third longest in Division III at that time. He graduated with a career .388 average with 23 home runs and represented Endicott at the All-New England Collegiate All-Star Game at Fenway Park his senior year.

Caruso would go on to play for two professional seasons, including 2004 with North Short Spirit. He was the first player from the Endicott baseball program to sign a professional contract when he signed with the Brockton Rox, and later with the Spirit.  Caruso is now the general manager of the Concord Sports Arena in Concord, N.H. where he teaches the game he loves to tomorrow’s future class of New England baseball players.
