Considered one of the best playmakers in Endicott women's soccer program history, Caitlin Flynn finished her illustrious career (2006-09) with the Gulls as a two-time Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player of the Year and three-time conference champion.
Flynn's four-year span at The Nest also featured four NCAA Tournament appearances – including a program-best Sweet 16 appearance in 2006 – as well as a 69-18-5 overall record (.777) and a 46-4-1 conference record (.912).
Alongside those accomplishments, Flynn received six All-Region accolades and three All-CCC First Team honors. Flynn's career numbers include 48 goals and 31 assists for a total of 127 career points in 89 games played.
Her name can be also found all over the women's soccer record book, highlighted by the following career rankings: goals (4th), goals per game (5th), game-winning goals (2nd, 20), assists (1st), assists per game (2nd), points (4th), and points per game (4th, 1.43).
