No. 1 Women’s Rugby Captures CCRC 7s Championship

BEVERLY, Mass. – The No. 1 nationally ranked Endicott women's rugby team captured the Colonial Coast Rugby Conference (CCRC) 7s Championship behind a perfect 4-0 record on Saturday evening at Hempstead Stadium.

Endicott defeated UMass Dartmouth (22-5), UMaine Farmington (26-0), Plymouth State (26-5), and Salve Regina (31-7, title game) to punch its ticket to nationals.

The Gulls outscored their opponents 105-12 today.

WHAT'S NEXT

No. 1 Endicott (20-2-1) will compete at National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) Nationals from April 28-30.
