BEVERLY, Mass. – The fourth-seeded Endicott men's tennis team fell to first-seeded Nichols, 5-2, in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Semifinals on Wednesday evening at the Robinson Tennis Courts.
In doubles, the Gulls erased an early 1-0 deficit by securing victories at the No. 2 and No. 1 positions, in respective order.
Antonio Marsallo (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) / Julian Richtarich (Naples, Fla.) notched an 8-3 win to even the score at 1-1, while Brennan Nick (Tolland, Conn.) / Conrad Kadel (Heidelberg, Germany) posted an 8-2 triumph to claim the upper hand on scoreboard headed into singles.
In singles, the Bison responded with victories at No. 4, No. 6, No. 3, and No. 2 to advance to punch their ticket to the CCC Championship this Saturday.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- The Gulls are only the second conference team this season to produce a lead against Nichols at the conclusion of doubles (Roger Williams, 2-1, 4/8/23).
- Nichols improved to 7-3 at home this season.
- The Bison will look to capture their 13th conference title later this week (2nd all-time in the league).

Endicott sees its season come to a close at 9-11 overall. Nichols (12-9) will host the winner of No. 3 Gordon / No. 2 Roger Williams on Saturday (time TBD).
