Roger Williams Defeats Men’s Tennis, 7-2

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott men's tennis team fell to Roger Williams, 7-2, in conference action on Wednesday evening at the South Campus Tennis Courts.

Endicott picked up points at No. 3 doubles and No. 2 singles.

The duo of Hudson De Risi (Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y.) / Oliver Pope (Dartmouth, Mass.) claimed a gritty 8-6 victory in doubles, while Brennan Nick (Tolland, Conn.) showed a ton of perseverance in singles with a 4-6, 6-2, 10-8 triumph.

"We stayed in our offensive system today, just didn't execute the way we needed to," said Endicott men's tennis head coach Anthony D'Angelo. "We have some stuff to clean up in practice tomorrow, but we have more to build off of. We finally lost on our terms."
