Men’s Tennis Claims 6-3 Victory Over Salem State

SALEM, Mass. — The Endicott men's tennis team defeated Salem State, 6-3, in non-conference action on Friday evening at the Central Campus Tennis Courts.

Doubles play featured a sweep for the Gulls as the pairings of Conrad Kadel (Heidelberg, Germany) / Brennan Nick (Tolland, Conn.), Hudson De Risi (Cold Spring Harbor, N.Y.) / Oliver Pope (Dartmouth, Mass.), and Julian Richtarich (Naples, Fla.) / Antonio Marsallo (Baldwinsville, N.Y.) won in respective order at No. 1 (8-1), No. 3 (8-0), and No. 2 (8-4).

Kadel (No. 2, 6-1, 6-4), Richterlich (No. 5, 6-3, 6-1), and Brayden Allen (North Kingstown, R.I.) all earned victories in singles (No. 6, 6-0, 6-0).

"We played really solid doubles, and kind of lost our level for singles," said Endicott men's tennis head coach Anthony D'Angelo. "Playoffs start tomorrow and we will be ready."
