  • Forty-Six Endicott Student-Athletes Named Fall 2014 CCC Academic All-Conference

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) announced their Fall 2014 Academic All-Conference Team and Endicott was the leader of the pack with 47 honorees across seven first semester sports that included men’s and women’s cross country, field hockey, men’s and women’s soccer, women’s tennis, and women’s volleyball.
  • Men's Soccer Receives NSCAA Team Academic Award for 2013-14 Season

    KANSAS CITY, Mo.- The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) announced their 2013-14 Team Academic Award winners and for the second time in the last three years, the Endicott men's soccer program has received this distinction under the guidance of head coach Joe Calabrese. The NSCAA Team Academic Award is presented to teams that earn a cumulative GPA of 3.0 for the previous school year, which would be the 2013-14 academic year. The men's soccer team, which has now received the award two times in program history, posted a cumulative team GPA of 3.04 throughout the 2013-14 school year while seeing four members be named to the Academic All-CCC team.
  • Gulls Crowned as 2014 ECAC Champions; Greco Notches Game Winner in Extra Time

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team hosted Colby-Sawyer on Sunday afternoon for the 2014 Division III ECAC Men’s Soccer Championship. With an extra time goal by junior Mark Greco (Belchertown, Mass.) the Gulls were crowned the 2014 champions. The title is the first for Endicott since 1998 and second overall championship in program history. Endicott capped off the season at 12-7-4 while the Chargers end their season at 13-7-2.
  • Gulls Advance to Program's First ECAC Title Game

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team hosted Curry on Saturday afternoon for the ECAC Division III New England Semifinals. Four different Gulls scored goals to help lift the Blue and Green to a 4-3 victory. Endicott improves to 11-7-4 as they head into the programs first ECAC title game while the Colonels end their season at 11-10-1.
  • Gulls Advance to ECAC Semifinals; Gibbs and Martin Each Net Two

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team hosted Elms College on Wednesday evening for the ECAC Division III New England Quarterfinals. After two goals apiece from freshman Thomas Martin (Derry, N.H.) and senior Connor Gibbs (Westborough, Mass.) the Gulls soared to a 5-1 victory to advance to the semifinals. Endicott improves to 10-7-4 while the Blazers end their season at 9-9-3.
  • Men's Soccer Season Stays Alive; Gulls Secure #2 Seed in ECAC Tournament

    DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has released their field of eight for the 2014 Men’s Soccer Division III New England tournament. After bowing out of the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) semifinals to eventual champion, Nichols, the Endicott men’s soccer team’s season is still alive as they have earned the #2 seed in the ECAC Tournament.
  • Endicott Bounced in CCC Semifinals by Nichols with Overtime Goal

    DUDLEY, Mass. – Playing in their first CCC Semifinal match in nine seasons, the #4 seeded Endicott men’s soccer team took the top seed Nichols into overtime but were ousted from the CCC Tournament as the Bison scored 1:52 into the extra period to advance into the championship match. Endicott ends their CCC playoff run with a 9-7-4 record and will look ahead to a possible ECAC New England Tournament berth next week.
  • Jorge Claims Third CCC Defensive Player of the Week Honor

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) released their weekly awards on Sunday evening and senior, goalkeeper Alex Jorge (Billerica, Mass.) of the men’s soccer team took home his third Defensive Player of the Week honor. Over the weekend the Gulls defeated CCC foe, Salve Regina in the CCC Quarterfinals in penalty kicks to advance to the programs first CCC Semifinals since 2005.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team hosted Salve Regina on Saturday afternoon for the 2014 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Quarterfinals. Entering the match, Endicott claimed the #4 seed while the Seahawks traveled in as the #5 seed. After 110 scoreless minutes the Blue and Green edged the Seahawks in penalty kicks as they advance to the Semifinals for the first time since 2005. Endicott improves to 9-6-4 while Salve Regina falls to 7-19-1.
  • Men's Soccer Sees Four on All-CCC Selections

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Commissioner’s Office announced the 2014 Men’s Soccer All-Conference teams on Friday afternoon and Endicott saw four players receive recognition from coaches in the league. The last time the men’s program saw four players honored by the conference was back in 2004.
  • Men's Soccer Slated as #4 in Upcoming CCC Tournament

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Endicott men's soccer team will compete in the 2014 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Tournament as the #4 seed as it was announced by league commissioner Gregg M. Kaye on Wednesday evening. With the regular season conference schedule in the books, the Gulls will enter their CCC Quarterfinal match on Saturday, November 1st against #5 Salve Regina (7-9-1, 4-4-1).
  • Late Goal Lifts Gulls to 1-0 Victory in Regular Season Finale

    QUINCY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team traveled to Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) opponent Eastern Nazarene on Tuesday night for the last regular season match of 2014. After a late second half goal by junior Zach Rizzo (Redding, Conn.) the Gulls lifted to a 1-0 victory over the Lions. Endicott wraps up the regular season at 9-6-3 (4-2-3 CCC) while the Lions fall to 5-12-1 (1-7-1 CCC).
  • Jorge Earns CCC Defensive Player of the Week Nod

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has released their weekly awards and one member of the men’s soccer team has been recognized. Senior Alex Jorge earned this week’s CCC Defensive Player of the Week nod for his strong efforts between the pipes in the Gulls 1-0-1 week. Jorge has now been honored with Defensive Player of the Week accolades twice this season.
  • Battle Between the Pipes Forces 1-1 Tie for Men's Soccer

    BOSTON, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team traveled to Wentworth on Saturday afternoon for a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) showdown. After a late game tying goal by junior Diego Slobotzky (Mexico City, Mexico) neither side could earn a tally in double overtime as the Gulls tied with the Leopards 1-1 in conference play. Endicott sits at 8-6-3 (3-2-3 CCC) while the Leopards are now 4-7-5 (2-4-2 CCC).
  • Gulls Earn 6-1 Victory Over Curry on Senior Night

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team hosted Curry College on Wednesday evening for a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) matchup. With two goals from senior Conner Gibbs (Westborough, Mass.) and five points from junior Diego Slobotzky (Mexico City, Mexico) the Gulls soared to a 6-1 victory on senior day. Endicott improves to 8-6-2 (3-2-2 CCC) while the Colonels fall to 8-8-1 (2-5-0 CCC).
  • Couchot Earns CCC Weekly Honors for Men's Soccer

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) has released their weekly awards and freshman Conner Couchot (Mason, Ohio) of the men’s soccer team earned his first Rookie of the Week honor of his career. Endicott went 1-0 this past week as they blanked CCC opponent Salve Regina in a 1-0 victory. Endicott currently sits at 7-6-2 (2-2-2 CCC) as they look forward to Wednesday, October 22nd as they host Curry for senior day.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team hosted Salve Regina on Saturday afternoon for a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) matchup. Freshman Conner Couchot (Mason, Ohio) tallied the lone goal in the match to lift the Gulls to a 1-0 victory. Endicott improves to 7-6-2 (2-2-2 CCC) while the Seahawks fall to 6-8 (3-3 CCC).

After 110 minutes of play and a late second half goal by junior Diego Slobotzky (Mexico City, Mexico) the Gulls tied with the CCC foe 1-1 after two overtime periods. Endicott improves to 6-6-2 (1-2-2 CCC) while the Golden Bears sit at 7-6-2 (1-3-1 CCC).

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team hosted non-conference opponent Westfield State on Wednesday evening. Seven different Gulls tallied points to help lift the Gulls to a 4-0 shutout victory. Endicott improves to 6-6-1 (1-2-1 CCC) while the Owls fall to 2-8-1 (1-2-0 MASCAC).

    WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team traveled to non-conference opponent Williams on Sunday afternoon. After 109 minutes of play senior Zach Grady (East Bridgewater, Mass.) tallied the game winner to lift the Ephs to a 1-0 victory over the Gulls. Senior Alex Jorge (Billerica, Mass.) posted a strong contest between the pipes for Endicott making six saves in the hard fought match. Endicott falls to 5-6-1 (1-2-1 CCC) while the Ephs improve to 5-4-1 (3-2 NESCAC).
  • Endicott Falls to Gordon 2-1 in Overtime; Itoh with 2nd of the Season

    WENHAM, Mass.- Endicott traveled across town to take on Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) and North Shore rival Gordon on Saturday, looking to knock off the top team in the conference. With 90 minutes not proving to be enough, the two squads would play into overtime, with the Fighting Scots netting the game winner in the 94th minute to defeat the Gulls 2-1. With the setback, Endicott falls to 5-5-1 (1-2-1 CCC) on the season while Gordon improves to 10-1-0 (4-0-0 CCC). Endicott takes to the road again tomorrow as they face off against NESCAC foe Williams.
  • Magnusson Nets Two as Gulls Make Comeback in OT Thriller

    DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team traveled to UMass. Dartmouth on Tuesday evening for a non-conference matchup. After trailing by two goals in the second half the Gulls rallied with three straight goals to secure an overtime victory. Senior Jed Magnusson (Kingston, N.H.) scored the first and final goal of the game for his first goals of the season. Endicott improves to 5-4-1 (1-1-1 CCC) while the Corsairs fall to 3-5-1. Endicott has now defeated the non-conference opponent for two straight seasons.
  • Late Goal Lifts Hawks Past Gulls

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team hosted Commonwealth Coast Conference opponent Roger Williams on Saturday afternoon for homecoming. After a scoreless first half by both sides and an intense second half, senior Andrew Carlson (Ridgefield, Conn.) earned a late goal in the 80th minute for Roger Williams to secure the victory. Endicott drops their first game since September 3rd as they fall to 4-4-1 (1-1-1 CCC) while the Hawks improve to 5-4-1 (2-1-0 CCC).
  • Rizzo and Martin Score as Gulls Clinch 2-0 Shutout Over Rivier

    BEVERLY, Mass.- Coming off of a 1-1 draw against Nichols on Saturday, Endicott was eager to get back into the win column on Tuesday night as the Gulls played host to the Raiders of Rivier in men’s soccer action. After 90 minutes of physical play, Endicott would come out victorious, recording a 2-0 shutout win in the process. With the win, Endicott moves to 4-3-1 (1-0-1 CCC) while Rivier now falls to 1-5-0 (1-1-0).

Senior striker, Diego Slobotzky (Mexico City, Mexico) notched his fourth straight game with a goal as he helped secure the 1-1 stalemate. Endicott remains undefeated in the past four straight games improving to 3-3-1 (1-0-1 CCC) while the Bison remain undefeated at 5-0-2 (1-0-1 CCC).
  • Men's Soccer Finishes Big with First Conference Victory of 2014

Juniors Diego Slobotzky (Mexico City, Mexico) and Shintaroh Itoh (Tokyo, Japan) each notched goals for the Gulls to secure the 2-0 victory. Endicott improves to 3-3-0 (1-0-0 CCC) while the Nor’easters suffer their first loss at 2-1-1 (0-1-0 CCC).

    STANDISH, Maine - The Endicott men’s soccer team traveled to Saint Joseph’s (Maine) on Sunday afternoon to wrap up their back to back weekend of non-conference matchups. Seniors Diego Slobotzky (Mexico City, Mexico) and Connor Gibbs (Westborough, Mass.) each tallied goals for help lift the Gulls to a 2-0 victory. Endicott improves to 2-3-0 while the Monks fall to 1-4-0.
  • Men’s Soccer Soars to 4-0 Victory Over North Shore Rivals, Salem State

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s soccer team hosted North Shore Cup opponent Salem State on Saturday afternoon for a non-conference matchup. The Gulls rallied in the 90 minutes compiling four goals, led by junior striker, Diego Slobotzky (Mexico City, Mexico) who tallied a goal and an assist in the 4-0 triumph. Endicott earned their first victory of the season today improving to 1-3 (0-0 CCC) while the Vikings fall to 0-2 (0-0 MASCAC).
  • Second Half Surge Lifts Polar Bears Over Gulls

    BRUNSWICK, Maine – The Endicott men's soccer team traveled to NESCAC foe Bowdoin on Wednesday evening for a strong non-conference matchup. Tonight marked the first meeting between the two squads in program history. After a scoreless first half the Polar Bears nailed two goals within nine minutes of the opening of the second half to secure the 2-0 victory. Endicott falls to 0-3 (0-0 CCC) while Bowdoin opens up their 2014 season with a 1-0 (0-0 NESCAC) start.
