  • Forty-nine Gulls named CCC Winter-Spring Academic All-Conference

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. - The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) announced today that 299 student-athletes across all winter and spring sports from the 2012-13 academic year have been recognized with Academic All-Confernece honors, including 49 from Endicott's baseball, men's and women's basketball, golf, men's and women's lacrosse, softball, and men's tennis programs.

    CENTERVILLE, Mass. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) released their annual Division III New England All-Stars list and Gulls graduate student and face-off specialist Sam Ozycz (Cheshire, Conn.) and freshman goalie Cameron Bell (Falmouth, Maine) were both recognized as First Team honorees. Ozycz added ECAC Defensive Player of the Year to his long list of postseason accolades this spring.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – After receiving a flurry of academic and athletic accolades from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA), Endicott graduate student Sam Ozycz (Cheshire, Conn.) add one more piece of hardware to his trophy case this spring as the USILA named him the top face-off specialist in all of NCAA Division III in their annual player awards release.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) announced their annual All-America winners and Endicott graduate student and face-off man Sam Ozycz (Cheshire, Conn.) became the first Gulls men’s lacrosse player to receive First Team honors. Junior defenseman Breck Merritt (Weston, Mass.) and freshman goalie Cameron Bell (Falmouth, Maine) earned their first All-America nods as both players were named Honorable Mention.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott face-off man and midfielder Sam Ozycz (Cheshire, Conn.) will represented the Gulls in the 2013 USILA/LAXWORLD Division III North-South Game, which draws premiere talent from this season’s senior class to compete on Friday, May 24th at 3:00 pm on Edith Robb Dixon Field at Cabrini College.

    BEVERLY, Mass. - The Endicott men's lacrosse saw four of their standout players recognized by the New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) as graduate student Sam Ozycz (Cheshire, Conn.), junior Breck Merritt (Weston, Mass.), sophomore Harrison Cotter (Lordship, Conn.), and freshman Cameron Bell (Falmouth, Maine) were all named All-New England.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – After score two goals at the tail end of the first half against the top seed Endicott to tie the game at four, Western New England carried that momentum into the second half and outscored the Gulls 5-1 as the Golden Bears won the 2013 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Men’s Lacrosse Championship 9-5 on Saturday afternoon at Endicott Stadium.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – Fourteen goals in the first half by the Endicott men’s lacrosse helped the Gulls to their 11th win of the season and the sixth in Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) play, as the Blue and Green won 20-9 over Nichols on Sunday afternoon at Endicott Stadium. Endicott is now 11-5 (6-1 CCC) as the Gulls were led by 14 different goal-scorers including a three apiece for both sophomore Nick Pinciaro (Beverly, Mass.) and junior Mark Cornacchio (Westford, Mass.).
