TRYOUT INFORMATION
Registration: 10:00 am, Post Center
Tryouts: 10:40 am - 1:00 pm, Post Center
Tentative Schedule of Events:
10:00 - 10:40 -- paperwork; uniform/warm-up sizing
10:40 - 11:00 -- run and warm-up
11:00 - 11:30 -- tumbling
11:30 - 12:00 -- learn/perform cheer
12:00 - 1:00 -- stunting (basic skills - progression based on time)
Dress in shorts and a tank top or tucked in T-shirt. Please have hair pulled back. Flyers: please wear cheerleading sneakers. Bases: cheerleading sneakers are preferred, but not mandatory.
IMPORTANT
Cheerleaders are being given access to the Athletic Trainers this year. In order to take advantage of this privilege, ALL medical forms must be completed and signed PRIOR to trying out. Please download the forms, complete them, and bring them with you on the day of tryouts.
SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION UCA will be hosting a two-day Choreography Camp for us on September 1st and 2nd. The cost per cheerleader for this camp is \$142. The staff for this camp will be selected from UCA's most veteran, experienced instructors, who have experience choreographing at the HS, All-Star, and College level. At this time, the squad will be taught an original competition routine. More information will follow...
PRESEASON: The date that the team will move into Endicott will be Sunday, August 28th. Please make the necessary arrangements to relieve yourself from all commitments, including work, during the week of August 29 - September 1. Our first scheduled home game is Sunday, September 4th.
