Women’s Cross Country Finishes Sixth At Suffolk Invitational

BOSTON, Mass. — The Endicott women's cross country team placed sixth overall out of 22 programs on Saturday afternoon at the Suffolk Invitational, hosted at Franklin Park.

Northeastern (23 points), Boston University (56), the University of New England (139), Keene State (166), and Suffolk (177) made up the top-5 in today's meet that featured NCAA Division I and Division III programs.

Meanwhile, Endicott (198), Fitchburg State (216), Regis (236), UMass Dartmouth (274), and Gordon (293) rounded out the top-10.

Hannah Shepard (Keene, N.H.) led the Gulls with a 24th place finish on the 6-kilometer course (24:57).

Brianna am Ende (East Lyme, Conn.), Julia Adrian (Noank, Conn.), Emma Johnson (Reading, Mass.), and Gabrielle Page (Londonderry, N.H.) followed in 34th (25:38), 39th (25:58), 42nd (26:08), and 74th (27:85) place, respectively.

  • Endicott's lineup averaged a 6k time of 26:08.

Endicott competes in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship on Saturday, October 29, hosted by UNE in Biddeford, Maine.
