NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. – The No. 12 nationally ranked Endicott club roller hockey team turned in a 3-0-1 week overall at its third tournament of the season last weekend. After suffering a hard-fought 4-3 overtime loss to No. 19 RIT, the Gulls bounced back with three straight wins against Syracuse (6-4), Oswego (7-3) and No. 6 Yeshiva (6-5) to push their overall record to 6-2-2 on the season. 

NO. 19 RIT HIGHLIGHTS

• Matt Kaski (Sandwich, Mass.), Corey Eisenband (Larchmont, N.Y.), and Jacob Webster (Westbrook, Maine) all scored for the Gulls.
• Kaski, Eisenband, Kevin Elliott (Plymouth, Mass.), and Kyle MacEachern (Attleboro, Mass.) all had one assist each.
• Matthew Klarnet (Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.) stopped 44 shots. 

SYRACUSE HIGHLIGHTS

• Kaski picked up the No. 1 star of the game with two goals and one assist.
• Eisenband followed as the No. 2 star with two goals and two helpers, while Elliot was the third star with two assists.
• MacEachern and Webster also found the back of the net for the Gulls.
• Rian Stewart (Ridgefield, Conn.) picked up his first career win on 19 saves. 

OSWEGO HIGHLIGHTS

• Eisenband fueled the offense with a four-goal game, while Elliott buried two tallies and MacEachern had one.
• Kaski dished out three helpers, Webster had two and Elliot and Warren Asdornvuttikrai (Winchester, Mass.) each had one.
• Meanwhile, Klarnett turned away 17 shots in the win. 

NO. 6 YESHIVA

• The Gulls knocked off their rivals thanks in large part to four unanswered goals that stretched from the second period (three tallies) into the third.
• Ahead 5-2 early in the third, Eisenband buried what stood as the game-winner 2:12 into the frame as Yeshiva rallied for three straight markers 4:17-10:04 but did not complete the comeback.
• Eisenband finished the contest with a hat trick, while Elliott had two goals, and Luke Jorgensen (Pawling, N.Y.) had the other.
• Kaski facilitated the offense with three assists, while MacEachern and Webster handed out two assists each.
• Stewart also improved to 2-0-0 in goal for the Gulls with 31 saves. 

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

• Eisenband recorded his 100th career point over the weekend. He has 111 total in his career.
• Kaski recorded his 50th career point, and finished with 53 total over the weekend. 

WHAT’S NEXT 

No. 12 Endicott (6-2-2) returns to action on Saturday, February 3 and Sunday, February 4 in its fourth tournament of the season in Dracut, Mass.
