Men's Tennis Flips Script On Wentworth,  5-4

BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott men's tennis team picked up a key conference win over Wentworth, 5-4, Saturday afternoon at the South Campus Courts. 

In doubles action, the Gulls picked up an 8-5 win at No. 1 through Brennan Nick (Tolland, Conn.), and Julian Richtarich (Westport, Conn.), and earned an identical 8-5 victory at No. 2 through Daniel Rinkert (Ben Lomond, Calif.) and Collin Dinardo (Westport, Mass.)

In singles play, Nick secured a 6-3, 7-6 win at No. 1, Richtarich was victorious at No. 3, 6-4, 6-2, and Rinkert clinched the match with his 2-6, 6-4, 6-1 win at No. 2.

"Our men played a very gritty match today, very blue-collar," said Endicott men's tennis head coach Anthony D'Angelo. "We still have some things to iron out, but we are taking care of the details well."

WHAT'S NEXT 

Endicott (3-3, 2-1 CCC) will host Gordon on Wednesday, April 14 for a non-conference matchup starting at 3:30 PM. Wentworth (3-2, 2-1 CCC) will travel to Curry on Wednesday, April 14 for a non-conference matchup starting at 3:30 PM.
