QUINCY, Mass. - Endicott College ripped past Eastern Nazarene on Friday afternoon, downing the Crusaders, 6-3, in a The Commonwealth Coast Conference match in Quincy, Mass. The win is Endicott's ninth in a row, pushing the Gulls to 10-2 overall and 5-0 in conference play.

The Gulls swept the three doubles matches as Josh Schoen (Phoenix, Ariz.) and Scott Teller (Coventry, R.I.) won in the No. 1 spot, 8-5. Devon Locke (St. Croix, Virgin Islands) and partner Gabriel Moraga (Marlborough, Mass.) took a narrow, 9-7, win; while Scott Teller (Granville, Mass.) and Marc Maloney (Feeding Hills, Mass.) were victorious, 8-3.

In singles play, Murray and Schoen won first and second singles, before Eastern Nazarene's Jack Sahlman (Burlington, Conn.) won a nail-biter, 7-6, 6-4, in spot three. Scott Teller won in No. 4 while the Crusaders' Jordan Corbin (Fallston, Md.) and Luke Dodge (Sagamore beach, Mass.) earned wins in the five and six holes for ENC.

Endicott returns to action on Saturday as the Gulls host Salve Regina University for a TCCC clash. The two unbeaten conference squads will meet at Bass River Tennis Club in North Beverly for a 2:00 p.m. start.
