The Endicott College Men's lacrosse team soared to a 24-0 victory against University of New England. The Gulls came out strong in the first quarter scoring the first ten goals in the opening quarter. Leading the way for Endicott was Junior Kevin Lally (Derry,NH) with one goal and six assists. Lally's fourth assist of the game broke the Endicott College record of 143 assists set by Chris Maher. Lally is now the all-time career assist leader with146 assists. Freshman Erik Klaeboe (Greenwich,CT) had four goals and one assist. Klaeboe's first goal came in the second quarter, which was his first college goal. Senior captain Burt Fahy (Needham,MA) led the strong attack unit through the first half, Fahy finished the game with five goals and three assists. Sophomore Andrew McGarty (Newton,MA) had two goals and three assists. Freshman Josh Gilbert (Simsbury,CT) supported the potent Gulls offense with two goals and one assist. Freshman Bobby Grant (Andover,MA) scored his first college goal while, Senior captain Marc MacMillan (Weymouth,MA), Sophomore Dan Ryan (Billerica,MA), Junior Brendan Delaney (Franklin,MA), and Freshman Alex Marshall (Eliot,ME) each scored one goal for the Gulls. Senior attackman Sam Chidester (Eliot,ME) and Senior Greg Colcord (Chester,NH) each netted one goal and an assist. The Endicott goalies combined for the shutout. Ryan Walsh (Weymouth,MA) Jeff Pardue (Kennebunk,ME) and Nate Barry (Chestertown,MD) had a total of four saves. The Gulls will host conference opponent Nichols College on April 2nd at 3:00pm.
