CCC WEEKLY RELEASE
BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott men's ice hockey student-athletes Connor Costello (Nottingham, N.H.), Kevin Aldridge (Birmingham, Mich.), and Jason Kalinowski (Stamford, Conn.) have all earned weekly awards from the Commonwealth Coast Conference for their efforts in games played from January 2-8. Costello was named the CCC Player of the Week, while Aldridge claimed Goaltender of the Week honors, and Kalinowski earned Rookie of the Week accolades.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Costello was on the scoresheet in all three games for Endicott last week as the Gulls went 3-0-0. After recording an assist in a 4-2, non-conference victory over Salem State, Costello scored a goal and assisted on two others to help the Gulls to a 4-3 win over No. 11/15 Neumann in the opening round of the Endicott Holiday Invitational. The three points set a career-high for the Endicott junior. Costello closed out the week with a goal in the Endicott Holiday Invitational Championship, which the Gulls won 5-1.
GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Aldridge went 3-0-0 last week with a 2.00 goals-against average and .946 save percentage. After turning away 22 shots in a 4-2 win over Salem State on Tuesday (Jan. 3), Aldridge posted back-to-back 42-save performances. The first 42-save game came in the Gulls' 4-3 win over No. 11/15 Neumann in the opening round of the Endicott Holiday Invitational. In the championship game, the Endicott junior turned aside 42 shots from Plymouth State leading the Gulls to the 5-1 win.
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Kalinowski had two multi-point games last week as his team went 3-0-0. He had a goal and an assist in a non-conference matchup with Salem State to open the week. He then had the game-winning goal in the Endicott Holiday Invitational championship game against Plymouth State. He also added an assist in the game.

Endicott (10-2-2) hosts Stonehill College on Friday, January 13 at 4 PM.
