  • Kneece, Light, Makris and White Named to 2014-15 NABC Honors Court

    KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced the 2014-15 NABC Honors Court today and Endicott saw a program record four student-athletes earn the distinction. Seniors Matt Kneece, Andre Makris and Tell White were joined by junior Chris Light as the Gulls bested the program’s previous high of three set following the 2012-13 season. The Honors Court honors men’s collegiate basketball student-athletes who excelled in academics during the past season. There was a record 1,000 student-athletes recognized from over 350 institutions named to the Honors Court in 2014-15 overall. To qualify, student-athletes must be a junior or senior on a varsity team, carry a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher at the conclusion of the 2014-15 academic year, must have matriculated a least one year at their current institution and the school must be a member of the NCAA (DI, II, II) or NAIA (I or II) with a NABC member coach.

    DANBURY, Conn. – CCC Co-Player of the Year and D3Hoops.com All-Northeast Third Team guard Kamahl Walker (Worcester, Mass.) can now add ECAC Division III New England Third Team honors to his postseason accolades as it was announced today. The ECAC All-Star Teams are voted upon by the head coaches within the ECAC Division III New England men’s basketball membership.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott sophomore guard Kamahl Walker (Worcester, Mass.) became the third player in program history and the first since the 2010-11 season to be named to an all-region team as Walker was placed on the 2015 D3Hoops.com All-Northeast Third Team.
  • Endicott Falls in NCAA First Round to #17 Stockton

    GALLOWAY, N.J. – The 2014-15 Endicott men’s basketball season came to a close on Friday evening as the Gulls suffered an 81-61 loss to #17 Stockton in the First Round of the NCAA Division III Tournament. A 40% three-point shooting team on the year, Endicott (23-5) struggled from behind the arc and found themselves behind 17 at halftime, a deficit the Gulls would not recovery from.
  • ECAC Honors Kamahl Walker with Co-Player of the Week Award

    DANBURY, Conn. – Endicott sophomore guard Kamahl Walker (Worcester, Mass.) added Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Co-Player of the Week honors to his championship week accolades after earning Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player of the Week earlier in the week. Endicott (23-5) is coming off winning their sixth CCC title with an impressive 90-60 triumph over Wentworth.
  • Endicott Pitted Against Stockton in NCAA First Round

    BEVERLY, Mass. – On Monday, the NCAA Selection Show revealed that the Endicott men’s basketball team will travel to Galloway, New Jersey to face #17 Stockton in the First Round of the NCAA Division III Tournament on Friday, March 6th. Stockton is also the host site for the First Round matchup between Bates and St. Vincent with the winners of both opening round games to meet on Saturday. Game times have yet to be announced.
  • Kamahl Walker Collects CCC Weekly Honors after Championship Week

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) recognized Endicott sophomore guard Kamahl Walker (Worcester, Mass.) as the CCC Player of the Week after Walker catapulted the Gulls into the NCAA Tournament following the program’s seventh conference championship, sixth as members of the CCC since 1999-00.

    INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – On Monday, March 2nd at 12:30 p.m. on NCAA.com the Endicott men’s basketball team, automatic qualifiers to the NCAA Tournament out of the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), will find out their opponent for their First Round opponent. The NCAA Division III Tournament First Round is scheduled for either Thursday or Friday against an opponent and at a location and time to be announced.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – In front of a capacity crowd inside MacDonald Gymnasium Saturday afternoon, the #2 seeded Endicott men’s basketball team captured the 2015 Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship by a score of 90-60 over #4 Wentworth for their sixth conference title since joining the league for the 1999-00 season.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – On Saturday, February 28th at 2:00 p.m. the Endicott men’s basketball team will vie for their sixth Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) title after outlasting Eastern Nazarene 87-80 in overtime inside MacDonald Gymnasium. The Gulls will be making their seventh appearance in the CCC Championship game since joining the league in the 1999-00 season.
  • Endicott Advances to CCC Semifinals with First Round Win

    BEVERLY, Mass. – In CCC Men’s Basketball Quarterfinal action, #2 Endicott advanced past #7 Western New England by a score of 76-52 and will meet the third-seeded Eastern Nazarene Lions in the conference semifinals on Thursday, February 26th. Tip-off will be at 7:00 p.m. inside MacDonald Gymnasium as the Gulls and Lions meet for the third time this season.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The 2014-15 Endicott men’s basketball team became the fourth squad in program history to reach the 20-win plateau after the Gulls defeated Western New England by a score of 89-77 on Senior Day. Endicott will go into next week’s CCC Tournament with a 20-5 (16-2 CCC) record and riding an 11-game win streak.

For their efforts, the Gulls earned the #2 seed in the conference playoffs and will host #7 Western New England (8-17, 6-12 CCC) on Tuesday night in quarterfinal action. Tip-off is at 7:00 p.m.
  • Long-Range Shooting Delivers 10th Straight Win for Endicott Men

    BOSTON, Mass. – As a team, Endicott drained 14-of-23 (61%) three-point attempts thanks in part to a game-high 29 points from sophomore guard Kamahl Walker (Worcester, Mass.) as the Gulls won their final regular season road game of the season 79-70 over Wentworth. The win marked Endicott’s 10th-straight victory and pulled the Blue and Green to within one of the 20-win plateau at 19-5 (15-2 CCC).

    SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Sophomore guard Max Motroni (West Warwick, R.I.) helped the Endicott men’s basketball team to the eighth and ninth straight victories this past week, issuing conference leader Nichols their first league loss and beating Curry by 20 points. Motroni was recognized for his leadership on the court as he was named the CCC Player of the Week for the first time in his career.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – The Endicott men’s basketball team defeated a Nichols squad that was previously unbeaten in CCC play this season by a score of 85-80 and in the process won their eighth straight contest while halting the Bison’s 12-game winning streak. Two 20-plus point efforts from sophomore guards Kamahl Walker (Worcester, Mass.) and Max Motroni (West Warwick, R.I.) helped the Blue and Green run their 2014-15 record up to 17-5 (13-2 CCC).

    BRISTOL, R.I. – The Endicott men’s basketball team survived a late-game run by Roger Williams to win their seventh straight game, beating the Hawks 69-66 on the road Saturday afternoon. The Gulls, led by a game-high 19 points from senior captain John Henault (Lunenburg, Mass.), improved to 16-5 overall and 12-2 in their CCC schedule.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – Endicott sophomore guard Kamahl Walker (Worcester, Mass.) forced overtime with three-pointer with 4.4 seconds remaining in regulation, scored seven points in the extra period, and in the process dropped a career-high 30 points as Endicott defeated CCC opponent Salve Regina 82-78 in overtime Tuesday night.

Endicott got a career-high seven assists from sophomore guard Max Motorni (West Warwick, R.I.) and a game-high 17 points from sophomore guard Kamahl Walker (Worcester, Mass.) as the team improved to 6-2 in conference play.

Nichols, the CCC’s leader in three-pointers made, knocked down 12 attempts from beyond the arc and warded off a late-game surge by the Gulls to remain undefeated in conference games this season.

    BEVERLY, Mass. – In their third consecutive home conference game of the week, the Endicott men’s basketball team raced out to a 17-3 lead over Curry and never looked back as the Gulls won 82-59 on Saturday afternoon in MacDonald Gymnasium. Now 9-4 (5-1 CCC), Endicott has now won five straight league games and seven of their last nine overall.
