The Endicott men's ice hockey team is happy to announce the date for their Alumni game which will take place on September 14th at 7:20 at the Pingree School. This year will mark the programs third ever alumni game. The program was unable to have a game last year so the alumni and current players are very excited to faceoff on the ice.
Ben Dodge, a men's hockey graduate of 2007 has done a great job at reconnecting with past players and is excited to connect with the current players, "As we unfortunately couldn't have an alumni game last year, I think this year's alumni game will be a great opportunity for a lot of the alumni to connect with the current team. Hopefully we can continue to build these relationships as the season progresses, and catch up with the team again mid-season."
Having an alumni game is important to the college as well as to the athletic department as it is a time to connect people who have one special thing in common, Endicott Athletics. It creates a road to connections that could help a current student-athlete get an internship or bring in donations to the program. This is a great opportunity for the men's hockey team and they are ready to take the ice with their fellow Gulls.
