TOP QUOTE

"I was very happy to see the women step up and rally after a short week of recovery," said head coach Spencer Lange. "As the race developed, they found their spots and worked through the 5k in groups. They're approaching these races with a lot of confidence and mental toughness. Both Abby and Sam ran very well together, each ending up in the top 10, closely followed by Lauren. Holly and Hannah also had great races to round out our top five. I'm very pleased with how they have executed in these races. We're focused on staying healthy and keeping things rolling into Conference."
