BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott women's ice hockey team fell to the University of New England (UNE), 5-2, in conference action on Friday night at Raymond J. Bourque Arena.
Samantha Fantasia (Billerica, Mass.) and Kaylee Liberty (Arlington Heights, Ill.) both scored third period goals (PP — 7:16 | 15:54) in the loss.
In goal, Bailey Thieben (North Syracuse, N.Y.) stopped 15 shots for the Gulls (3-3-0).
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Despite the loss, Endicott is 10-3-0 all-time against UNE.
- The Nor'easters improved to 3-6-0 on the road this season.
- UNE ended a three-game losing streak tonight.
